- onion, rough chopped-4 medium
- Ginger, crushed 2 tsp
- Garlio, crushed-2 tsp
- Tomatoes, roughly chopped -3 medium
- Green chillies,thick chopped -3 nos
- Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
- Readymade Chicken Masala -1 tablespoon (store bought)
- Salt – 1.5 tsp
- Refined Oil 4-5 tablespoon
Preparation :

- Clean and wash the chicken pieces and keep it to drain.
- Roughly chop the onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
- Peel and crush the ginger and garlic cloves.

step1: 5 to 6 tablespoon Heat Oil
step 2: Add chopped Onion (4 medium) cook on low heat until the onion turns brown.
step 3: Add chopped ginger and garlic, And fry 2 minutes.
step 4: Add Chopped Tomato & Green Chilli (3 medium tomato), fry till tomato soft.
step 5: Add the turmeric poweder and mix and fry on medium heat for around 3 mintes till tomatoes are soft.
step 6: Add chicken peices and fry on high heat 2 to 3 minutes till chicken browned.
step 7: Add chicken masala readymade 1 tablespoon
step 8: Add Chilli & Salt 1.5 tsp and bhuno 5 to 10 minutes on medium heat.
step 9: Now add 200ml water and cook on low heat for around 20 minutes tell the chicken pieces are tender and oil separates.
